Job Description

Contribute as a Project Manager I in São Paulo at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., impacting customer well-being.

Roles and responsibilities:

Manage project plans and monitor deliverables to ensure detailed execution.Maintain a customer-centric approach, focusing on delivering an excellent client experience.Initiate and coordinate the configuration of clinical studies, ensuring strict adherence to protocols.Apply technological tools and systems to effectively manage projects.Drive accountability and change within the team.Ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.Participate in regular meetings to discuss project status and updates.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management team.Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.Provide and analyze monthly project metrics to determine progress.Maintain up-to-date project documentation.Engage in clear communication with both the team and clients to comprehend and cater to their requirements.Integrate services across different areas of the site for efficient project alignment.Maintain updated service and quality agreements with clients.

Education Required:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics operations, health areas, administration, or related fields.

Experience:At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position is required.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:Team-oriented problem solver with proven leadership abilities.Understanding of clinical trial phases and processes.Strong communication abilities with both the team and clients.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong organizational and time management skills.Customer-centric attitude with a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities.Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel skills).Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and technologies.Intermediate written and oral English skills.Highly motivated, diligent, and organized.Integrity, intensity, innovation, and involvement.Basic understanding of financial principles related to project management.

Availability to work hybrid 1x a week at Jaguaré - São Paulo/SP.
