PMO - ESG Reporting Taskforce

Purpose of the role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PMO (Project Management Officer) to join our ESG Reporting Taskforce. The PMO will play a critical role in supporting the smooth execution of the project by managing schedules, organizing meetings, tracking deliverables, and ensuring high-quality documentation. The ideal candidate will bring proven PMO experience, along with a working knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) topics, reporting standards, and related performance metrics.

Your responsibilities:

Organize and maintain the project calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups

Coordinate cross-functional meetings with internal and external stakeholders

Prepare agendas, manage meeting logistics, and take clear, actionable minutes

Track decisions, action items, and ensure timely follow-up

Maintain project documentation (plans, logs, templates) in a centralized repository

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and quality-checking key documents and deliverables

Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies

Provide regular status updates and support reporting needs

Support the integration of ESG frameworks into project materials

Assist with collecting, reviewing, and organizing ESG-related data and inputs

Support the review, validation, and tracking of ESG performance metrics

Our requirements:

3+ years experience in a PMO or Project Coordinator role

Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Proficiency with tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Teams, SharePoint, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, or equivalent)

Familiarity with ESG reporting concepts, frameworks, or standards

Ability to interpret and work with ESG-related metrics and data sets

Experience working with diverse stakeholders across functions and geographies

Exposure to ESG regulations

Experience supporting sustainability, compliance, or regulatory projects

Project Management certification is a plus

Strong analytical or data management background is an advantage
