Located in Wimborne, Dorset, Eaton's Aerospace division is a global leader in aerospace fuel systems, renowned for delivering fully integrated solutions for both fixed and rotary-wing aircraft. Our Wimborne facility specialises in cutting-edge air-to-air refuelling systems, advanced refuelling probes, air-to-air and air-to-ground launch systems utilising both pneumatic and pyrotechnic ejection technologies, as well as a range of Defensive Aids Sub-Systems.
**What you’ll do:**
Join our Programme Management Office as a **Planner/PMO Analyst** , supporting project and programme delivery through structured planning, governance, and reporting. You’ll maintain consistency across schedules, risk registers, and reporting processes while collaborating with Programmes, Engineering, Finance, and other key stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead monthly planning cadence, including schedule updates, risk management sessions, Contract Status Report generation, and Earned Value Management reporting.
+ Develop and manage complex schedules using **MS Project** , ensuring accuracy and alignment with programme objectives.
+ Analyse project data (critical path, earned value, Schedule Risk Analysis) to forecast outcomes and support decision-making.
+ Reconcile financials and reschedule past-due tasks; provide cross-functional financial reporting.
+ Perform **data manipulation and analytics** using Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and PowerBI to generate actionable insights.
+ Facilitate risk management sessions and support gated lifecycle management processes.
+ Engage with stakeholders across Engineering, Finance, and Programme teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom without company sponsorship now or in the future.**
+ **5+ years’ experience in PMO** or project planning roles.
+ Strong planning and scheduling expertise with proficiency in **MS Project** .
+ Engineering/manufacturing experience preferred.
+ Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with SharePoint, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
+ Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.Ability to manage stakeholders and drive governance processes effectively.
