Job Description
A company headquartered in Cincinnati is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized PMO Analys to support the successful execution of the Fusion program, a global transformation initiative centered on deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) across the enterprise.
This role will work closely with the Program Delivery Director, project managers, workstream leads, functional SMEs, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure disciplined project delivery, clear communication, and strong governance throughout the rollout.

Key Responsibilities
Program Governance & Coordination
· Support the execution of PMO governance processes, including project controls, RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) management, and change control.
· Coordinate weekly program routines (workstream meetings, stand-ups), including scheduling, agenda creation, logistics, and minutes.
· Maintain program artifacts, templates, dashboards, and documentation to ensure consistency and traceability across all workstreams.
Project Execution Support
· Track status updates across multiple workstreams, consolidating progress reports into program-level summaries for leadership.
· Monitor key milestones, deliverables, and critical path items, ensuring timely escalation of risks or delays.
· Support project managers and workstream leads with planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and follow-ups on action items.
Fusion / D365FO Implementation Support
· Coordinate activities across functional and technical teams responsible for D365FO design, build, testing, data migration, and deployment.
· Support system integration alignment across related systems (e.g., LIMS, HRIS, CRM, Data Lake), ensuring dependencies are captured within the program plan.
· Monitor progress of testing cycles (SIT, UAT, regression), track defects, and support documentation of testing outcomes.
Data, Reporting & Analytics
· Build and maintain program dashboards, KPIs, and status reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
· Analyze program data to identify trends, variance, or risks, providing insights to assist decision-making.
· Maintain data quality and version control across all program documentation and reporting.
Communications
· Assist with the development and distribution of communications, newsletters, training announcements, and stakeholder updates.
· Maintain training trackers, user lists, and attendance records for Fusion program rollout activities.
Go-Live Support
· Track and monitor readiness activities for Go-Live, including cutover plans, checklists, and post-Go-Live hypercare tasks.
· Support hypercare coordination, issue triage, and program performance tracking following Go-Lives.
· Monitor stabilization metrics and collaborate with workstreams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Skills and Requirements
· 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, business analysis, or similar roles within large transformation or ERP initiatives.
· Experience supporting enterprise-scale programs, ideally involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or comparable ERP systems.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced, global environment.
· Proven ability to maintain structured documentation, manage RAID logs, and coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups.
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to summarize complex information clearly and concisely.
· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across IT, Finance, Operations, HR, and other business functions.
· Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and driving tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
· Ability to adapt quickly to evolving program needs, shifting priorities, and new processes. · Experience with large-scale ERP implementations, particularly D365FO, SAP, or similar platforms.
· Familiarity with project management frameworks (PMI, Agile) and associated tools (Azure DevOps, MS Project).
· Exposure to change management, training coordination, or organizational readiness activities.
· Basic familiarity with finance, accounting, or operations processes.
