PMO Analyst - Fasteners

Expectations

Customer portal management, Packaging documentation

Customer pre-production order tracking and support

Productivity / Cost Reduction – lead a project or projects (~50% of their time)

Support program managers as needed

Growth potential to a PMO with experience and consistently exceeding expectations

Working hours:  ~6:30am - 2:30 EST

Experience/Attributes

Automotive background (fastener experience ideal but not necessary)

Target 5-7 years’ experience, minimum 3+

Engineering background

Strong communication skills, will be asked to lead at least one weekly meeting with a cross functional team

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize accordingly

Strong data organizational skills, excel or Smartsheet

Self-starter, requires little direction once they learn the processes
