Job DescriptionReporting to the PMO Manager, The PMO Administrator will support the PMO team in coordinating project activities. This role involves handling administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring that project documentation and processes are maintained accurately and timely.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hour week.
Key Duties of a PMO Administrator:
Support the PMO team with project coordination: coordinating activities, resources and information.Ensure timely and accurate updates are completed by project teams and are ready for review by senior stakeholders.Schedule, organize, and participate in project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items.Perform various administrative tasks to support the PMO team including: filing, data entry and management, and office organization.Assist in developing and implementing PMO processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Maintain a centralised view of programme health, risks, and dependencies.Act as the first point of contact for project teams requiring guidance on PMO procedures.Support the implementation of new tools, templates, and systems to enhance PMO efficiency.Conduct structured reviews to spot gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.QualificationsAn Administrative background within PMO will be highly advantageous.Experience of high-level administration and organizational skills.Understanding of project and programme governance frameworks is desirable.Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Great verbal and written communication.Proficiency in project management tools and reporting platforms (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, SharePoint).Excellence MS Office skills – MSP / Office / Powerpoint / Excel.Additional InformationAs part of our drive to make Culina Group a great place to work.
