Role Overview:
We are seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) to support the governance, detailed tracking, and delivery of the Operations Plan for the Digital Technologies team.
This role is crucial in ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment across multiple strategic digital initiatives, enabling the team to deliver on its commitments effectively.
The PMO will work closely with the Digital Technologies Director, senior managers, and technical teams to maintain governance discipline, monitor progress, and communicate status clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and monitor progress of the Digital Technologies Operations Plan, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and deliverables for initiatives in RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Data, Business Process Management (BPM) and internal tools are clearly documented and aligned with timelines.
Maintain governance tools (trackers, dashboards, status reports) to provide leadership with actionable insights on progress, risks, and interdependencies.
Coordinate and document governance routines, including leadership updates, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.
Collaborate with senior managers and initiative leads to surface risks, resolve blockers, and maintain momentum across the technology programs.
Support the Director and senior leadership in preparing presentations and materials for key forums and reviews.
Drive adherence to governance frameworks, reinforcing consistency and fostering accountability across the team.
Serve as the focal point for questions about the operations plan’s status, priorities, and governance cadence.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience as a PMO, program coordinator, or project manager within a technology, digital, or transformation-focused team.
Strong organizational and planning skills with an ability to synthesize information and drive clarity.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to engage with leadership and technical teams.
Proficiency in project management and reporting tools
Familiarity with governance processes in a cross-functional, global environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting technology-led transformation or operations programs.
Understanding of RPA, Data & Analytics, BPM, AI, or other Digital Technologies initiatives.
