PMGC Engagement & Communication Coordinator

The Practice Management & Growth Consulting (PMGC) organization is focused on supporting advisors and their teams at every stage of the advisors’ lifecycle through programs, solutions, coaching and consulting. This role is part of the PMGC Program Development & Operations Department, which focuses on supporting PMGC with the strategic management, implementation, operations, growth and reporting of all PMGC programs and initiatives.
**Responsibilities**
+ Support the creation, development, and the ongoing deployment and maintenance of Program Communications, touchpoints and websites
+ Partner with program operations team to ensure consistent and quality delivery of program touchpoints.
+ Serve as primary liaison between PMGC and the marketing department.
+ Communicate with internal teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
+ Develop and deploy consistent internal and external department communications.
+ Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as the department newsletter, email campaigns, RJNet authoring, social media posts and other marketing initiatives as needed.
+ Support the development of department materials and collateral as needed.
+ Deliver specified outcomes and provide others with expert advice while managing and working toward program marketing and communications timelines.
+ Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats.
+ Works independently to produce and manage program deliverables.
+ Manage and develop high quality and scalable program communications and touchpoints that are trackable and effective.
+ Deploy strategies to grow reach and impact of programs
**Skills**
+ Skills in AECRM, Eloqua, intranet editing preferred
+ Skills in Project Management
+ Ability to create high quality material and content autonomously
+ Ability to develop marketing and communications, frameworks, tool kits, and systems
+ Skill in writing, design and production of program assets, program writing, and asset design
+ Analyze and research client and market conditions and facts in order to develop a full and comprehensive understanding of the client and its market to enable maximum returns.
+ Use database reporting tools and techniques.
+ Create memorable and powerful client experiences
**Education/Previous Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university
+ OR
+ An equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
