**Job Title: PM Shift Production Assembler** **Job Description** Join a leading manufacturer of medical devices as a PM Shift Production Assembler. In this role, you will work on a production line, collaborating with a team to complete production orders efficiently. You will be trained across 12 stations over 2-3 months, assembling units with written English instructions and small hand tools. **Responsibilities** + Collaborate with team members to complete production orders on a fast-paced assembly line. + Follow written English instructions to assemble units using small hand tools. + Work both independently and alongside team members at various stations. + Adapt to working in a cleanroom environment as needed, performing tasks like labeling and packaging. + Stand for the duration of the shift in the cleanroom, adhering to cleanliness and hygiene standards. **Essential Skills** + Valid visa for 2 years from the date of hire. + 1 year of experience in a fast-paced production line environment. + Proficiency with small hand tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, and tweezers. + Ability to work with small pieces and parts during assembly. + Physical ability to stand all shift long and lift up to 30lbs. + Basic computer skills and good English communication skills, both verbal and reading. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Soldering experience. + Experience with PCB assembly in a regulated environment. + Ability to read and follow soldering instructions and match numbers to wires. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a friendly work environment with the opportunity for overtime and potential for permanent placement.
