Job Title: PM Shift Production Assembler
Job Description

As a PM Shift Production Assembler, you will be integral to manufacturing medical devices. You will work as part of a team to complete production orders on a fast-paced assembly line. Training will be provided at twelve stations over approximately two to three months. You will receive written English instructions to assemble units using small hand tools. The role requires working independently and collaboratively with team members.

ResponsibilitiesComplete production orders with a team on a fast-paced assembly line.Train at twelve stations over two to three months.Follow written English instructions to assemble units using small hand tools.Work independently and collaboratively with team members.Ensure smooth operation to prevent bottlenecks in the production line.Work in a cleanroom environment when required, standing for the entire shift.Label products, seal packaging pouches, and perform other tasks in the cleanroom.Essential Skills2 years valid visa from the date of hire.1 year of experience in fast-paced production line work.Experience using small basic hand tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, and tweezers.Ability to work with small pieces and parts during assembly.Ability to stand for the entire shift.Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.Basic computer skills.Good English communication skills, both verbal and reading.Additional Skills & QualificationsSoldering experience.PCB assembly experience in a highly regulated work environment.Ability to read instructions for soldering and match numbers to wires.A good attitude and ability to learn quickly.High attention to detail.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is clean and diverse, embracing all backgrounds. The team is hardworking and focused, taking pride in building their products. The dress code is casual, but cosmetics and jewelry are not permitted in the cleanroom. Candidates must discuss any skin infections or conditions prior to starting. Eating, drinking, phones, videos, and pictures are not allowed on the production line. The team consists of approximately 60 people, working Monday to Friday PM Shift from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.

The pay range for this position is $21.71 - $21.71/hr.
