Overview The PM Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking dinner service menu items according to established recipes and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The PM Line Cook ensures that all food served meets our presentation and flavor expectations while maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to hotel standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times Assist with prep work, stocking, and end-of-shift cleaning Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and communicate effectively during service Ensure consistent quality and portion control Report any issues with equipment or product quality to kitchen leadership Qualifications Experience At least one year of experience in a similar line cook or kitchen role Proficiency in various cooking techniques (sauté, grill, fry, etc.) Knowledge of safe food handling and kitchen sanitation standards Ability to follow recipes and plating guidelines consistently Strong time management and multitasking skills Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Current Texas Food Handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain) Ideal Candidate Traits Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality food Works well under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong team player Detail-oriented and organized Open to feedback and growth opportunities Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage based on experience Health insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off Employee discounts and advancement opportunities within the company Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $17.00/Hr. - $20.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
