Amazon is seeking a PM 3PL Transportation to manage and optimize the operational performance of External Delivery Service Partners (eDSPs) and 3PL within the Amazon network. This role will focus primarily on driving day-to-day operational excellence across existing sites, with additional responsibility for supporting new site launches as the network expands.

Key Job Responsibilities:
•Support day-to-day relationships between Amazon and external EDSPs
•Lead partner performance reviews and conduct improvement meetings with the internal program teams
•Oversee daily operations by monitoring delivery capacity against plans, enforcing scan compliance in the Rabbit system, and resolving any technical issues that arise during operations.
•Maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
•Coordinate Under The Roof (UTR) team access and onboarding processes to ensure smooth operational flow.
•Drive performance optimization by analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), establishing daily reporting systems with External Delivery Service Partners (EDSPs), and developing targeted improvement strategies based on data from Tableau and Perfect Mile platforms.
•Monitor and evaluate partner performance metrics, conducting regular deep-dive analyses to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for operational improvements
•Design and deliver comprehensive training programs, including refresher sessions for EDSPs, maintaining up-to-date SOPs, and implementing process updates across the delivery network.
•Manage the internal onboarding process for Delivery Associates and develop strategic staffing plans for peak periods to ensure adequate workforce coverage.
•Support new location launches by coordinating end-user equipment installation and verifying partner readiness, including system access setup and driver onboarding completion.
•Ensure compliance with operational standards across all delivery operations, maintaining necessary documentation and reporting systems.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize delivery network efficiency while maintaining high quality standards.
