Responsibilities Provides a description of diagnosed problems to customers and provides solutionsExplains the features and benefits of each solution and obtains agreement for services before performing workDiagnose plumbing issues quickly and thoroughlyConfidently present multiple repair or replacement options using our processCommunicate clearly and professionally with homeownersInstall and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, tubs, sinks, garbage disposals, gas lines, and piping systems (DWV, copper, PEX, etc.)Maintains clean, code-compliant workmanshipUse our field management software to build estimates and document workBe reliable, friendly, and tidy in every home you enterMaintains and fuels vehicle, stocks the service truck with adequate parts and maintains machineryTransports materials and tools to the job site and provides proper accounting of toolsHave the basic knowledge of how a plumbing system works QualificationsWhat do you need
A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted2-4 years of residential service plumbing experience (not just new construction or commercial)Strong communications/interpersonal skills.Confidence presenting options (not high-pressure sales—just service-based clarity)Ability to follow systems, processes, and checklists Ability to lift equipment and work in tight areasA customer-first mindset and team-player attitudeWillingness and ability to work evenings and weekendsValid driver’s license and ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
