**Job Title: Plumbing Service Technician** **Job Description**
We are seeking a Plumbing Service Technician to join our team in the Hampton Roads area. As a technician, you will provide services to a variety of commercial and residential clients, including those with previous installations such as Wawa and other commercial buildings. Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting plumbing systems and performing preventative maintenance.
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems for commercial and residential clients.
+ Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems.
+ Work with PVC pipes, blueprints, and piping installations.
+ Provide excellent service and ensure client satisfaction.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in plumbing, mechanical, and construction tasks.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills.
+ Mechanically inclined with a focus on preventive maintenance.
+ Experience with PVC and piping installations.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ideally, 4 years of service experience.
+ Experience in both residential and commercial environments is welcome.

**Work Environment**
Work hours are typically 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with some weekend work if needed. The role includes being on call every eighth week.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newport News, VA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
