**Job Title: Plumbing Service Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as a Residential Plumbing Service Technician. This role involves providing top-notch plumbing services to residential and commercial clients from Ventura to the west end of the SFV region. You will work primarily during the hours of 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional on-call duties one out of every six weekends. **Responsibilities** + Provide plumbing services to residential and commercial customers. + Travel to service calls using a company vehicle provided from day one. + Upsell additional services to customers during service calls. + Ensure compliance with company standards and customer satisfaction. + Maintain good communication with the team and clients. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing service. + Proficient in installation, finish plumbing, and residential service plumbing. + Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell services. + Good tenure in previous roles. + Experience with ServiceTitan software is preferred. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prefer graduated from PHCC Trade School. **Why Work Here?** Be part of a company that has been successfully operating for over 41 years, boasting a 90+% retention rate.
