Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team. This dual-role position is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing both the financial and operational aspects of plumbing projects.
ResponsibilitiesEstimate blueprints, specifications, and related documents to prepare accurate cost estimates and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.Prepare detailed proposals and bid packages.Track and manage estimate revisions and project budgets.Oversee plumbing projects from planning through completion.Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.Prepare and process change orders.Pull permits and ensure compliance with local codes.Review submittals and create plumbing plans as needed.Communicate with clients and contractors to ensure project success.Support executive leadership with operational tasks.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in estimation.Proven experience in plumbing estimating and/or project management.Strong understanding of plumbing systems, construction processes, and local codes.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust have a proven track record of estimating success.Ongoing training from current estimators and ownership, tailored to experience level.Accuracy in estimating profitability, time, materials, and overall job success.Early guidance will be provided to ensure alignment.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $48.08/hr.
