This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. **What You’ll Do:** + Perform all plumbing repairs and maintenance on an assigned property or building. + Install new construction equipment in accordance with established procedures. + Ensure proper installation of fixtures and systems. Maintain existing installations within the scope of practice for safety purposes. + Maintain accurate records regarding work performed including time spent working on projects. + Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations concerning water treatment systems. + Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. + Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. + Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. + Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. + Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
