Job Title: Licensed PlumberJob Description

We are seeking experienced licensed plumbers to work on industrial and new construction sites across Southwestern Ontario. You will collaborate with other tradespeople, including plumbers, welders, and millwrights, on rebuilds, new builds, and installations.

ResponsibilitiesDetermine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size.Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.Install, repair, and maintain domestic, commercial, or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems.Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.Essential SkillsExperience in an industrial environment, including threaded piping, soldered, victaulic coupling, and steam piping.Commercial plumbing experience.Construction site experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications306A ticket.Journeyman certification.Working at heights certification.WHMIS certification.Worker awareness training.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Contractors will work on various construction sites around Southwestern Ontario, including a major project in Burlington. Expect to travel within the region using your own vehicle, with expenses covered for hotels and a per diem if traveling over 100km. Work sites can be loud, dusty, and dirty, and work continues through all safe seasons.
