**Job Title: Plumber** **Job Description** Installs, maintains, and repairs plumbing systems in commercial buildings such as offices, schools, hospitals, retail centers, and industrial facilities. This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to safety and code compliance. **Responsibilities** + Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and equipment + Diagnose plumbing issues and perform corrective actions efficiently + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans + Install and service commercial-grade water heaters, boilers, pumps, and backflow prevention devices + Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems **Essential Skills** + Proven experience as a commercial plumber or similar role + Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations + Ability to work with copper, PVC, cast iron, PEX, and other piping materials + Proficiency with plumbing tools, pipe threading machines, and diagnostic equipment **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and family-focused environment where employee growth and career advancements are prioritized.
