It’s a phenomenal opportunity for someone who thrives in a technical setting and values making a significant impact in the community. **What you’ll do:** + Repair, install, replace, test, the water and medical gas supply and distribution system. + Install new water systems, piping, and fixtures by blueprints, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes. + Ensure waste and vent lines are in good operating condition using a plumber’s snake, vacuum plunger, or jet washer. + Support colleagues or external workers with projects or equipment installations. + Complete plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices. + Offer training to additional team members for them to carry out minor plumbing maintenance and repairs. + Perform general maintenance and building systems operational duties as assigned. + Respond to emergency situations, summoning extra help as needed. + Follow all activity policies and procedures, always including all HSE-related requirements. + Finish the HSE programs & activities as required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing, and assessment, etc. + Report any conditions that could result in an accident or injury to management. + Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish sophisticated assignments and provide innovative solutions. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. + Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams. + Explain difficult or sensitive information **What you’ll need:** + High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma or equivalent experience with 4-5 years of job-related experience. + Plumbing certification at the Journeyman preferred but not required. + Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. + Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. + Microsoft Office products.
