Job Description

We are seeking experienced Plumber Mechanics at the Lead level with a minimum of 3 years in the field to join our team. This role involves working at various job sites in Lynchburg, VA, with a schedule from Monday to Friday 6 am to 4:30 pm, and some Saturdays 6am- 3:30pm

Responsibilities

Run and press copper, PVC, and cast iron pipes.Lead small crews and supervise mechanics and helpers.Read and interpret blueprint drawings.Install and maintain plumbing systems in commercial construction settings.Work with a variety of materials, including copper, cast iron, and PVC.

Essential Skills

3+ years of experience as a commercial plumber.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Proficiency in using hand tools and performing plumbing installations.Journeyman or Master Plumbers License preferred.Experience leading a crew of 1-4 people.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Transport tools, materials, and equipment to work sites.Perform laboring duties related to installation and maintenance.Ability to climb, kneel, stoop, and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.Reliable transportation and punctuality.Strong people skills and a positive attitude.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr.
