**Job Title: Commercial Plumber Mechanic / Lead** **Lynchburg, VA** **Pay: $25/hr. and up depending on experience** Job Description We are seeking experienced Plumber Mechanics at a lead level with a minimum of three years of experience. You will be working on various job sites in Lynchburg, VA. Responsibilities + Transport tools, materials, equipment, and supplies to the work site by hand, truck, or motorized truck. + Perform laboring duties related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide variety of systems and equipment. + Clean work areas after completing tasks. + Run a crew of 1-4 people, ensuring efficient workflow and task management. + Work proficiently with cast iron, copper, and perform soldering tasks in new construction environments. Essential Skills + Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a commercial plumber. + Journeyman or Master Plumbers License preferred. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with construction, plumbing, and HVAC systems. + Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to climb, reach above shoulder height, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently. + Capability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. + Experience in copper splicing and working with cast iron. + Positive attitude and strong people skills. + Reliable transportation is required.
