Job Description
Perform residential and light commercial plumbing work, including installations, diagnostics, and repairs. Serve as the field lead and subject matter expert for all plumbing operations. Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures, service standards, and workflows for the new department. Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to future plumbing team members as the department grows. Collaborate with sales, customer service, and HVAC teams to ensure smooth cross-functional operations. Maintain high standards for job quality, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. Participate in recruitment and onboarding of additional plumbing staff as needed. Ensure proper licensing, permitting, and adherence to local plumbing codes.
ResponsibilitiesPerform residential plumbing tasks, which constitute 70% of the job.Conduct commercial plumbing tasks, which constitute 30% of the job.Serve as the field lead and subject matter expert for plumbing operations.Develop and implement operational procedures, service standards, and workflows.Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to plumbing team members.Collaborate with sales, customer service, and HVAC teams for smooth operations.Maintain job quality, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.Participate in recruitment and onboarding of plumbing staff.Ensure licensing, permitting, and adherence to local plumbing codes.Essential SkillsCertified Plumber with a C36 license.Minimum of 5–7 years of hands-on plumbing experience.Experience in both residential and commercial plumbing.Strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety standards.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsProven leadership or supervisory experience preferred.Willingness to be in the field daily and lead by example.Valid and current California C-36 Plumbing Contractor license.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Why Work Here

Work Environment
Work on projects throughout the Bay Area with a company vehicle provided upon onboarding. Maintain a clean MVR with no more than two points. Meet at the Dublin location before starting routes. Work mainly in residential environments with some commercial tasks, excluding new construction. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with flexibility required depending on project needs, which may occasionally include weekends.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $93600.00 - $110240.00/yr.
Competitive compensation structure ($45-$53/hr. depending on experience) including hourly pay and performance-based incentives
