**Job Title: Commercial Construction Plumber** **Pay: $28-34/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced plumber to install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures in commercial construction. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with state laws and local building codes. **Responsibilities** + Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures. + Work under minimal to no supervision. + Diagnose and troubleshoot any plumbing issues. + Locate and repair water line leaks and remove clogs. + Install and/or repair commercial appliances. + Test plumbing and other installed fixtures to ensure proper function. + Follow state laws and regulations and adhere to local building codes. **Essential Skills** + Proficient in PVC, blueprint reading, installation, and pipe fitting. + Experience in plumbing, piping, and HVAC systems. + Commercial construction experience is required. + Ability to diagnose and repair issues independently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3-5+ years of experience in the plumbing trade. + Ability to interpret blueprints and site drawings. + Experience with duct work and electrical systems. + Knowledge in line jetting, backflow prevention, waste and vent lines, and supply lines. **Why Work Here?** Join a leading provider of commercial HVAC and refrigeration services that values high-quality service and a supportive work environment.
