Your primary role will be to manage Incidents and Service Requests (L2, L3). **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** + Teamcenter PLM and CAD applications support (L2, L3): Incidents and Service Requests using Service Now portal based on ITIL process. + User access management: create and maintain accounts in Teamcenter PLM. + Projects: Support PLM and CAD implementation projects in testing and validation activities on new software implementations, upgrades, enhancements and bug fixes. + Problems management: Resolve incidents and drive root cause analysis and problem management to permanently resolve issues. + Seize opportunities: Identify critical issues and take responsibility for successful resolution of issues. **To succeed in this role, you will need:** + Bachelors in Computer Science/Information Systems/ Information Technology with 2-4 years of total work experience. + Good knowledge of Teamcenter basic modules, RAC, AWC, T4S, dispatcher. + Certification in ITIL. Azure DevOps is a plus. + Pro-active, accountable and solution-oriented attitude, Team oriented, with ability to act independently & good Communication skills.
