Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.** We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced **PLM Teamcenter Solution Architect** to join our global Engineering Applications team and lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions. **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** + Take ownership of the architectural design and implementation of PLM solutions using Siemens Teamcenter. Guide and mentor junior team members in best practices and methodologies. + Provide expert-level guidance on Teamcenter configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems following industry best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the PLM and CAD domains. + Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, internal and external developers, project managers and operations teams to deliver integrated and scalable PLM solutions. + Develop comprehensive technical documentation and conduct demonstrations and training sessions for internal teams to facilitate seamless adoption and utilization of Teamcenter solutions. + Lead architecture and implementation projects of Teamcenter PLM functionalities with extensive knowledge on configuration and customization solutions, across multiple domains of PLM. Document new business processes, data models and interfaces. + Assess the potential performance impacts of proposed solutions and recommend any necessary changes to the system architecture. **To succeed in this role, you will need:** + Bachelors in Computer Science/Information Technology with minimum of 12 years’ experience in PLM solution architecture, with a focus on Siemens Teamcenter. + Proven track record of providing PLM solutions for complex projects. + Expertise in Teamcenter architecture, configuration, customization, and integration. Shows deep understanding of Teamcenter PLM processes, methodologies, and best practices. + Proficiency in Teamcenter modules (Active Workspace, Data model, BMIDE, SOA APIs, server/client side customization, etc). + Excellent communication: strong verbal and written skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels and effectively explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. + Ability to work in a team environment, facilitating communication and ensuring project goals are met collaboratively. + Demonstrated leadership capabilities by guiding technical teams and influencing stakeholders.
