Role Overview
Drive the development of Enterprise web applications for complex end-to-end workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement responsive UIs using modern frameworks (React/Vue).Partner with UX, product, and backend teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and maintainability.Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.Diagnose and resolve cross-browser/device compatibility issues.

Technical Requirements

Proficiency in React or Vue.js; familiarity with both preferred.Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and build tools (Webpack/Vite).Experience with state management (Redux/Pinia), RESTful APIs, and UI/UX best practices.Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest/Cypress).Demonstrated understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions (e.g., data-intensive interfaces, workflow systems).Preferred: Exposure to PLM, ERP, or related business software.Ability to rapidly assimilate complex business domains.Full professional proficiency in English and Chinese (written/spoken).

Qualifications
Recent Graduates:

BS/MS in Computer Science or related field from a competitive institution.Demonstrable frontend proficiency via academic projects/internships.

Experienced Candidates:

1–3 years building production applications with React/Vue.Portfolio/GitHub demonstrating relevant work.

Desirable Attributes

Experience with micro-frontends, Web Components, or modular architecture.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) or CI/CD pipelines.Open-source contributions or technical publications.
