Entering this domain positions you at the heart of IBM, where growth and innovation thrive. **Your role and responsibilities** About the Role We're seeking a data-driven Program Manager to accelerate Langflow's product-led growth strategy. You'll own critical initiatives that drive user acquisition, activation, and monetization across our self-serve funnel. This role requires someone who thrives on metrics, can operationalize growth programs at scale, and isn't afraid to experiment rapidly to find what works. Key Responsibilities * Own and optimize the end-to-end PLG funnel from awareness through conversion, with a focus on registration, activation, and early retention metrics * Design and operationalize our GitHub stars program to drive community engagement and top-of-funnel growth * Build and scale programs to convert open-source users into registered Langflow Cloud users * Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to implement growth experiments and feature releases that accelerate self-serve adoption * Develop data infrastructure and dashboards to track PLG metrics in real-time, creating visibility across the organization * Identify friction points in the user journey and drive cross-functional initiatives to remove them * Create scalable playbooks and automation for user onboarding, activation campaigns, and expansion motions * Analyze cohort behavior to identify patterns that predict conversion and expansion **Required technical and professional expertise** * 3-5+ years in growth, product management, or program management roles at PLG/developer-focused companies * Track record of driving measurable impact on acquisition and activation metrics * Experience with developer tools, open-source communities, or technical products * Strong project management skills with ability to drive execution across multiple teams * Comfortable with ambiguity and building programs from scratch * Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience with AI/ML tools or workflow automation platforms * Background in growth engineering or technical implementation * Familiarity with GitHub ecosystem and open-source growth strategies * Experience with usage-based pricing models and expansion revenue programs IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
