Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)
Principal Responsibilities:
Discuss the control logic requirements of specific equipment with client side control engineering team.Responsible for preparing control logic diagrams according to DC cooling equipment control requirementsResponsible for PLC control logic programming, mainly on Simens PLC (Smart & 1200)Responsible for logic debugging with simulator, and at manufactured productResponsible for data center project FWT (factory witness test), control partProvide remote or on-site support of DC product control logicWell organize control logic version of DC cooling equipment, covering both standard version updates and customized version logic record.Effectively guide the work of other control engineers
Key Competencies:
· Strong capability on PLC control programming and debugging, mainly on HVAC or DC cooling products.
· Familiar with data center cooling products SOO (sequence of operation)
· Familiar with data center project FWT (factory witness test) procedure, experience on projects for hyperscale high tech company is preferred (Amazon, Meta, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Equinix, NTT Docomo, Air Trunk, etc.)
· Familiar with typical PLC controller, Simens PLC is most preferred, experience of Carel PLC or Schneider PLC could also get considered.
· Excellent concept of ensuring product operation quality based on control logic
· Good communication of English both in spoken and written.
· Good communication and interpersonal skill inside and outside
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Control Science and Engineering is preferred.
· 10 years + experience in PLC programming, 5 years+ data center related PLC control programming experience is preferred.
· Q&R experience in mechanical industry
