PLC Maintenance Tech - High Level

Summary: Seeking a PLC Maintenance Specialist for second shift to perform maintenance and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical automation machinery.

Requirements:

5+ years as a maintenance mechanic in manufacturing environment. Experience with Siemens, Rockwell, and Allen Bradley PLC controllers. Strong knowledge of electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, motor starters, pumps, and PLC controls.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to rebuild or cross-reference parts. Experience with vision systems or barcode scanners. Knowledge of ABB, Motoman, Fanuc, Universal robots. Understanding of VFD's (Variable Frequency Drives) and Servo Drives.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair mechanical equipment machinery and components. Install and service industrial assembly equipment including pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Troubleshoot issues physically and electronically via PLC or program investigation. Perform skilled repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems. Conduct periodic inspections for repair evaluation.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
