Minimum requirements:
Degree / National Diploma in Purchasing, Logistics, Commerce, Finance or Business Management Minimum 3 years of direct purchasing experience in the automotive industry (PGM) Knowledge of Purchasing Policies and Procedures and legal requirements in respect of the PGM (Platinum Group Metal) in the SA context Identify. ensure correction variances in PGM Pool Inventory volumes at each of the Coaters and Canners by doing monthly variance reports from SAP to ensure correct price level Conduct audit physical inventory at location to ensure correct stock levels Analyze inventory requirements by verifying quantities with the suppliers to sustain the PGM supply chain Prepare and issue PGM purchase order authorizations to PGM Traders via SAP Analyze and approve PGM purchase invoices received Prepare BOM for each component in SAP Prepare and submit the beneficiation License Register (Diamond Report) Develop and maintain Risk Assessment by invoicing relevant departments Excellent presentation, communication skills (written / verbal) Excellent financial analysis and costing ability skills Consultant: Edna Anderhold - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes
