The Platform Specialist is a senior, strategic role responsible for shaping and governing the delivery of low code solutions across the enterprise. Acting as a trusted advisor to developers, digital teams, and business leaders, this role bridges platform capabilities, digital delivery strategy, and enterprise risk and governance requirements.
The Platform Specialist owns the definition and evolution of enterprise standards, reusable patterns, and governance models for multiple low code platforms, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and sustainable. This includes translating security, legal, and risk policies into practical technical guardrails that enable rapid innovation without compromising compliance. Operating with significant autonomy, the Platform Specialist serves as a design authority for complex or high risk solutions, influences platform roadmaps and investment decisions, and leads enablement strategies that elevate creator maturity and reduce dependency on centralized support. This role requires strong technical judgment, executive level communication, and the ability to shape how low code capabilities are adopted and scaled across the firm.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Define, own, and evolve enterprise standards, reference architectures, and reusable patterns for low code and AI agent solutions across multiple platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and long term sustainability.
+ Translate AI governance, risk, security, and compliance policies into enforceable technical guardrails, partnering with architecture, security, legal, and platform engineering teams to operationalize controls without constraining innovation.
+ Serve as a senior design authority by leading and influencing solution design reviews for complex or high risk low code and AI agent implementations, providing recommendations and approvals aligned to enterprise standards.
+ Partner with delivery and product leaders to shape intake, qualification, and early discovery for new low code and AI agent opportunities, guiding prioritization based on strategic alignment, risk, and value potential.
+ Act as a platform subject matter expert across one or more low code and AI agent platforms (e.g., Copilot, Writer.com, Agentforce), providing hands on technical guidance throughout the full solution lifecycle-from ideation through deployment, optimization, and operational maturity-without being constrained to a single vendor or toolset.
+ Influence platform roadmaps and investment decisions by synthesizing telemetry, adoption trends, delivery feedback, and emerging capabilities into actionable recommendations.
+ Lead enablement strategy by defining scalable learning paths, champion programs, and community models that raise overall creator maturity and reduce dependency on centralized support.
+ Cultivate a strong community by driving engagement activities such as champion programs, knowledge‑sharing events, recognition initiatives, and peer collaboration forums.
+ Oversee platform program operations including portfolio visibility, risk identification, documentation standards, and reporting on adoption, quality, and realized business value.
+ Communicate complex technical and governance concepts clearly to executives, business leaders, and technical teams, influencing decisions and setting direction for enterprise adoption of low code and AI agent capabilities.
