Mission
Monitor the E-Invoice platform’s performance and stability to ensure business continuity with speed and high quality. Work with project team and business team to deploy the new features in the current platform with agile working way. Drive the upstream and downstream process improvement activities, including automation standardization and simplification.
You’ll make an impact by
Master the E-Invoice platform technical logic and mapping to business process data flow.Understand the business operation and can practice on the invoice issuing process.Monitor the platform performance and manage the SLA with 3rd party and IT/CYS.Work with business teams to build up the platform supporting system and update the standards accordingly.Monitor the daily business operation, track the issue until the resolution within business priority.Use data to present platform performance and business operations, capture the opportunities from the data and can drive the CAPA (corrective and predicative actions) and root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.Analysis invoices upstream and downstream process, use problem solving professionality to propose simplification, standardization, and automation opportunities. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.Your defining qualities
Bachelor or comparable educational background in accounting or IT.Have basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, network, security.Understand IT ITIL system knowledge with service request, incidents and change request processes. ServiceNow experience is a plus. SAP system knowledge required, familiar with master data and understand the order to cash process. (please prepare one slide to share your understanding if you are selected for interview)Project management experience preferred.Data analytics skills preferred.LEAN, 6 Sigma, Problem Solving knowledge/certification is a plusMicrosoft office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)Good communication skills and team spirit Customer orientation and service attitudeIntermediate oral and written English skills Work under pressureBe in an open mind and growth mindsetYou’ll benefit from
