Your opportunity
We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Platform Manager– Salesforce to lead the enterprise-wide Salesforce platform. This role is pivotal in driving platform adoption, innovation, and operational excellence across customer engagement, CRM, and digital transformation initiatives.
You’ll own the platform roadmap, provide hands-on technical guidance, and ensure robust governance, integration alignment, and vendor management.
With integrity and resilience, you will:
Lead the Salesforce platform strategy, roadmap, and lifecycleChampion new capabilities including automation, analytics, and AIProvide hands-on technical guidance across Salesforce cloudsEnsure platform governance, security, and data complianceCollaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver enhancementsWhat you'll bring
7+ years’ experience in enterprise CRM or digital platforms, including 3+ years in Salesforce leadership or developmentStrong hands-on experience configuring and managing SalesforceDeep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integrationProven ability to manage product backlogs and platform lifecycleExcellent stakeholder and vendor management skillsQualifications and Experience
IT degree or technical certificationSalesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Cloud Consultant) desirableExperience in not-for-profit, aged care, or regulated industriesFamiliarity with Agile, DevOps, and release managementStrong communication and influencing skillsExperience in not-for-profit, aged care, or regulated industriesWhy Anglicare?
