Platform Manager - Data Governance

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Platform Manager to serve as the cornerstone of our data governance platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the holistic management, enhancement, and operational efficiency of our data governance environment. As the face of the data governance platform to the business, this role demands a blend of technical prowess and strategic vision to ensure the platform aligns with and supports our business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

Train and develop stakeholders on process simplification to help optimize use of platform and for better user experience. Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to assess additional deployment opportunities.  Collaborate with vendor and IT to maintain and optimize platform functionalities including workflows, process builders, custom settings and user interfaces. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, exploring new features and functionalities to enhance the platform’s capabilities. Skills/Qualifications Proven ability to manage the end-to-end platform lifecycle and deliver results in a cross-functional environment. Independent worker capable of managing multiple complex issues while driving momentum of key projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders. Data analysis skills to measure platform performance and inform decision making.

 

 

 

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in platform management, with a focus on Data Quality and Revenue Operations Ability to travel; as needed by the business

Preferred

PMP Certified Experience with Collibra
