Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Platform Manager to oversee the strategic adoption, performance, and optimization of JLL's operational platforms. This role serves as the central point of expertise for platform functionality, user engagement, and data insight generation.
In this strategic capacity, you will also lead the Digital Operations & Enablement group, managing a team of Platform Specialists and Business Analysts. You will collaborate with both local and international business partners to enhance adoption, ensure effective training, and translate platform usage data into actionable insights driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Strategy (New)
Lead and mentor a team of Platform Specialists and Business Analysts to ensure alignment with operational goals.
Foster an "Operational Product Owner" mindset within the team, ensuring they actively optimize the 15–20 platforms under management.
Drive the digital transformation roadmap, overseeing the implementation of internal low-code solutions and process improvements.
Platform Ownership & Adoption
Act as the subject-matter expert (SME) for JLL's operational platform(s), maintaining comprehensive knowledge of system capabilities and configurations.
Develop and execute onboarding, training, and refresh programs to enhance user engagement and competency.
Monitor adoption metrics, usage trends, and performance KPIs; identify areas for improvement and implement targeted actions.
Coordinate with operational leads and platform owners to align adoption strategy with business priorities.
Document platform guidelines, training materials, and key process flows for consistent usage.
Data Analytics & Insight Generation
Collect and analyze platform usage and adoption data to derive actionable insights.
Identify behavioral patterns, underutilized features, and process inefficiencies from user data.
Prepare performance dashboards and analytical reports for management decision-making.
Partner with relevant teams to prioritize enhancements and track the impact of improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Liaise with internal operations, IT, and vendor teams to coordinate platform updates, integration requirements, and troubleshooting.
Facilitate communication between business users, technical teams, and external vendors.
Join meetings and discussions with international business owners and vendors; communicate clearly in English to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
Present findings, usage reports, and platform performance updates to key stakeholders and leadership.
Support change management initiatives and promote best practices across all user groups.
Continuous Improvement
Lead platform roadmap discussions and contribute to planning future enhancements.
Participate in user feedback sessions, testing phases, and feature validation prior to release.
Establish governance routines and documentation standards to ensure platform consistency and operational integrity.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in platform management, operations, or data analysis (with 2+ years in a leadership role preferred).
Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive process improvements.
Exposure to enterprise system platforms or technology-driven projects is an advantage.
Technical Skills
Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or equivalent data visualization tools.
Understanding of digital platform workflows, user engagement metrics, and performance tracking.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint).
Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite.
Soft Skills
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) to work effectively with international vendors and business owners (Required).
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
Strategic thinker with solid problem-solving and change management abilities.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying improvement opportunities.
Team-oriented with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate, property management, or similar operational environments.
Knowledge of system adoption strategy, data interpretation, or business intelligence reporting.
Background in digital transformation, process optimization, or platform enablement projects.
