Technology Platform Programs is a new team which is part of the Technology Platforms and Electrical Systems Organization within EVDD, focused on management of electrical architecture hardware/software platform implementation across Vehicle Programs. This represents a change of approach to traditional electrical system management at Ford Motor Company.  This team will own the delivery of the minimum software complexity vision, which is instrumental to improving our software delivery quality and efficiency across the Vehicle Program lifecycle.  There will also be a focus on hardware complexity across the entire electrical bill of material. This team will succeed using a highly disciplined execution approach of Hardware/Software strategies consistent with the modular catalog and feature/hardware bundles at a cross-vehicle Platform level.
