**Your role:**
+ Provides consultative advice within specific functional areas, working independently to analyze and address complex IT challenges while offering expert guidance to stakeholders.
+ Work as an SME in E2E software global development & implementation projects
+ Evaluates and redesigns business processes, making informed proposals for process re-engineering and IT solutions that align with organizational goals and drive operational improvements.
+ Translate business requirements into user stories and Functional Requirement Specifications in accordance with approved IT Architecture.
+ Implements required IT solutions, including thorough testing, comprehensive training for end-users, and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent and reliable service delivery.
+ Leads the design of solutions that meet intricate business requirements, recognizing and addressing the impacts on inter-related systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
+ Participates in scrum teams to realize end-to-end technology solutions, contributing to all phases of the development cycle and ensuring adherence to agile methodologies.
+ Ensures all aspects of design, documentation, and SLA support are in compliance with industry standards, organizational guidelines, and regulatory requirements to uphold the integrity and reliability of IT solutions.
+ Provides clear direction and guidance to scrum teams in designing end-to-end solutions, driving continuous improvements across standards, guidelines, and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
+ Provides feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes.
+ Supports DevSecOps Manager, Project Manager & Domain Lead during the pre LPC phase in evaluating the solution feasibility, solution design and high-level estimation.
+ Supports the DevSecOps Manager and Project Manager in validating estimations provided by partners, and timely provision of technical environments.
+ Develops and provides required user training for the implemented application.
+ Collaborate with Business, IT Business Partners, Architects and Tech Leads to elaborate on the requirements.
+ Understands how the IT solution supports the Business Process E2E. Has process and IT landscape expertise on Sector level, BG, Markets or Functions.
+ Responsible for promoting out of the box functionality to the BPE and Business community.
+ Develop user stories/ wireframes (both functional and system operational requirements), maintain product backlog and work with clients on elaboration and ambiguity resolution.
+ Responsible to validate test plan and functional test cases and sign off acceptance of the product
+ Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence.
+ Responsible for designing use cases and acceptance criteria.
+ Drive business process harmonization using industry best practices.
+ Should be able to look beyond the current scope of work and be able to propose newer IT business propositions to stakeholders and recommend innovations to platform providers.
+ Responsible for supporting DevSecOps Manager on Regulatory and compliance aspects of the project.
+ Responsible for development and maintenance of WiKi and KM artifacts.
+ Review all changes and solution proposals in relation to the IT Architecture principals and ensure they meet the defined architecture standards.
+ Represent the SPS IT Architecture team in the Architecture Review Board meeting.
+ Present to the ARB an overview of the changes within SPS IT that have the potential to impact the current architecture of the platform.
+ Keep track of all technical and functional changes, issues and various other topics related to the Projects, ACRs, CCRs and SPS Operations and ensure design methodologies are in sync with set principles of sustainability, reusability, longevity, application synergy and business continuity.
+ Work with business owners to identify areas of improvement in the processes and ways of working within the limitations of the existing architecture and application interface models

+ SAP LE and APO (preference is certified in of the Functional skills)

**Work Experience**
+ 8-15 years
+ SAP SD/CS and GATP experience of at-least 8+ years
+ At-least 2-4 full end to end implementation experience mandatory
+ Exposure to all domains in SAP MM, SD, CS, LE and APO – Procurement, Warehouse Management, Order Management, 3PL logistics, ATP and GATP, MRP, Variant configuration, 3rd Party Delivery process, STO, MIC, Quality Plan & Materials, Vendor.
+ Integration between MM/SD//PP/FI/WM/PS, EDI and IDOC
+ Concepts on S4 Hana, IoT, Cloud solutions
+ Experience in requirement gathering, fit gap, translating business requirement into high level solutions and detailed functional design.
**Minimum required Education:**
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent
