Plastic Injection Molding Process Technician Details:

Direct Hire position$57,200.00 to $71,500.00 /annuallySecond Shift (Monday through Friday)Start up, restart, and monitor plastic injection molding machinesAbility to tear down, clean and reassemble molds for PM or insert change.Create and optimize process run specifications parameters; heat profile, pressures, gate sequencing, hydraulic gates, pneumatic gatesValidate process performance using parameter log audits to ensure equipment is functional and running at standard specification Perform plastic process defect and molding resolutions; short shots, warp, flash, gate failures, mold hot spot

Plastic Injection Molding Process Technician Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in plastic processing in the injection molding industryKnowledgeable in molding plastic materials; Polypropylene, High Density Polyethylene
