**Job Description** BAE Systems is currently recruiting for Smokeless Helper(s) to join our Nitrocellulose team at Radford Army Ammunition Plant, We are seeking detail oriented and highly motivated individuals to fit the role. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Reading/Complying with work instructions Capable of working effectively and willingly within a team environment Capable of working during seasonal environmental conditions **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** Experience, & Skills : High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience. Drivers License Required Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment or prior military service Employees are subject to seasonal weather variations Must have the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs as well as climb ladders Must be able to work 12 hour shifts as required and can be either nights or days including weekends as required Pay rate is $28.83/hour and great benefits **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** Manufacturing Experience Security Clearance **Pay Information** This position is covered under a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), which will determine your wages.
