Our client, the mining and materials processing industry, is seeking a Plant Tech to join their team. As a Plant Tech, you will be part of the Plant Operations supporting maintenance, troubleshooting, and plant efficiency. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Plant Tech Caballo

Location: GILLETTE, WY

Pay Range: $21/hour

Shift: Rotating 12 hours schedule

What's the Job?

Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and operate plant equipment in a safe and efficient manner Operate support equipment as required, including plant wash-down and control room operations Perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair functions on crushing and conveying equipment Conduct safety observations and complete safety interactions monthly Assist in training others in plant operations and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

What's Needed?

Ability to work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision Good verbal and written communication skills Willingness to work in all weather conditions and various shifts, including overtime Physical ability to stand, climb, lift, and perform repetitive motions as required Mechanical skills and familiarity with plant systems are preferred
