Volt is immediately hiring for Plant Supervisor  in Firebaugh, CA.

As a Plant Supervisor you will:

Oversee daily operations in production and hulling Ensure safety, sanitation, and product quality standards are met Lead and coach team members to meet daily production goals Monitor and support onboarding and training for new employees Maintain clear communication between departments Enforce compliance with all company safety and food safety policies Assist with production records, timecard approvals, and continuous improvement efforts Interview, hire, and train new employees Provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations Coordinate with Safety, Quality, and HR departments as needed

This is a full time position: 6:00 AM but must be available for all shift 

The ideal candidate will have:

High school diploma or equivalent 2–3 years of supervisory experience (ag or food industry preferred) Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime during harvest season Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Comfortable enforcing policies and motivating a team Frequent standing, bending, lifting (up to 100 lbs occasionally), and outdoor work in varying temperatures Ability to work on concrete or uneven surfaces for long periods

Pay Rate: $71,000- $78,000 annually 


*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
