The incumbent’s top priority of accountability is for the health and safety of their direct and indirect reports. Functionally, the incumbent will determine and implement the most cost-effective means of producing product while meeting customer expectations through quality and on time delivery without compromise of safety policy and procedures. The incumbent champions a safe working environment and actively engages with employees in a respectful and supportive manner to drive employee commitment and productivity.
