Our Quality Team has various functions, like product, inspection, assurance and systems.

Partner with the best

As a Leader, you will perform plant daily operations to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. You will participate in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions. You will develop the annual plan for own unit. You will champion the Fulfillment/HSE/Productivity/Lean and Quality.

As a Plant & Site Leader, you will be responsible for:

·        Managing an overall production facility to reach defined targets in quality/cost/delivery/safety. Ensuring continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards.

·        Conducting frequent interactions on strategic level due to complex planning activities and/or complex sales processes with high degrees of customization.

·        Handling complex manufacturing processes. Establishing all production schedules and meet customer’s delivery and quality expectations.

·        Driving operations team towards execution of Business Goals using Lean Manufacturing methodology.

·        Managing of Direct staff on their selection, training and development of plant supervisory and administrative roles.

·        Monitoring & improving cost productivity while ensuring all customer commitments are met in a timely, quality & compliant manner.

·        Driving and promoting a great HSE culture across the site.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

·        Have a Masters in a manufacturing/business/engineering subject. Have proven leadership experience in manufacturing or a supply chain role.

·        Have knowledge of the disciplines of manufacturing management: production and inventory control, variable cost productivity, fulfillment metrics, quality systems and procedures.

·        Have proven ability to prioritize, plan and execute important business and supply chain initiatives.

·        Be able to demonstrate ability to deliver results in a complex, global, unique and sometimes ambiguous environment.

·        Have the ability to develop a clear organizational strategy and metrics to drive and monitor improvement.

·        Have the ability to successfully motivate and maintain high morale, employee involvement, safety and teamwork in a cross-functional environment.

·        Have Lean &/or Six sigma certificate. Have excellent communication skills and Be Fluent in English and Chinese.
