Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **Job Summary** The Procurement Specialist is responsible for the centralized sourcing and selection of suppliers to provide productive materials to various areas of the plant, following company and divisional procurement guidelines. This role ensures suppliers offer the best market conditions in terms of price, quality, and service, actively participates in corporate programs, and achieves annual procurement objectives, including inventory control, cost-saving projects, service to the production plant, and involvement in global and divisional procurement initiatives. The position is plant-based, requiring close interaction with local operations and processes. **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers; monitor their quality and service levels. + Identify and recommend alternative materials and supplier options, including risk management initiatives. + Coordinate and carry out savings projects related to materials; conduct bidding and quotation processes using corporate tools (SAP Esourcing). + Implement and manage the Enhancement Supplier’s Management (ESM) program; execute purchasing KPIs and work with the local Supply Chain team for continuous improvement. + Lead effective negotiations for the acquisition of local and imported materials. + Generate and implement cost-saving projects (FTG); promote the usage of e-tools such as auctions and e-Savings. + Define optimal purchasing terms, working cross-functionally with Packaging Engineering and other departments. + Prepare and deliver the standard cost book for raw materials and packaging to the Cost department. + Resolve material delivery issues and optimize inventories in collaboration with the Planning and Manufacturing teams to ensure timely product launches and efficient material management. + Generate and update key reports: material cost book in SAP, supplier scorecards, savings evaluations (FTG), quarterly standard costs, material cost projections (FCP+ Manual K), change control reports, supplier audits (ESM), monthly KPI reports, and price variation reports. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. + Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, negotiation, material planning, or supplier management. + Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). + Strong knowledge and hands-on experience working with SAP, Business Warehouse (BW), international markets, and MS Office Suite. + Experience working in a manufacturing plant environment, with an understanding of plant operations and processes. **Desired Qualifications** + Postgraduate degree (Master’s, Diploma, or related specialization). + Experience in managing sourcing projects for raw materials in personal care, home care, or similar industries. + Demonstrated ability to execute and lead global/divisional procurement projects. + Solid analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. + Experience generating and presenting comprehensive cost and supplier performance reports to senior management. **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
