Join a leading organization in the energy sector as a Plant Operator III, where your expertise will contribute to the efficient operation and maintenance of critical plant systems.

Role Overview

Monitor and operate the plant through a control room with responsibility and consistency. Conduct surveillance of operating equipment and critical parameters while maintaining accurate operations logs. Prepare equipment for maintenance and perform maintenance and preventative inspections. Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with team members to implement changes. Support and comply with the policies, goals, efforts, and programs of the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management System.

Skills & Qualifications

Reliability: Strong commitment to operational excellence. HSE Knowledge: Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. Maintenance Skills: Proficient in performing maintenance and preventative inspections. Technical Knowledge: Thorough working knowledge of technology, applications, terminology, and procedures relevant to plant operations. Decision-Making: Ability to make decisions within broad parameters.

Education & Experience

Experience: 5-7 years in a plant operation or similar role. Technical Support: Provides more technical/functional support than administrative support.
