What You'll Be Doing
Operate and maintain aggregate processing equipment to ensure optimal performanceMonitor material flow and adjust settings to meet production targetsPerform routine inspections and basic maintenance on plant machineryEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standardsCollaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve efficiencyWhat Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment and machinery safely and effectivelyStrong awareness of safety protocols and environmental regulationsCapability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and proceduresEffective communication and problem-solving skillsConditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testingWork Environment
