**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient production and material flow
+ Perform routine inspections and maintenance to maintain equipment reliability
+ Safely load, unload, and transport materials within the plant site
+ Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and safety activities
+ Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve operational issues
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Demonstrated ability to operate heavy machinery and production equipment safely
+ Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to safe work practices
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
+ Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
+ Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
