Opportunity Snapshot:
Compensation: $40-45.00/hourLocation: Balmorhea, TXAssignment Duration: 12 months+Work Schedule: Rotation, 7 days on / 7 days offBenefits: Comprehensive insurance, 401K, Holidays and PTO Responsibilities Sets up and operates manual or automated production machineryLoads raw material into machine and unloads finished productChecks products routinely for multiple quality characteristics using standard measuring devicesInspects machine and adjusts set up as neededMaintains production and quality recordsKeeping the facility operating in a safe and reliable mannerOperate the facility using a Delta V DCS systemUsing analytical equipment available and making necessary process adjustments to ensure that the oil, NGL and gas leaving the facility meet product specificationsPerform minor maintenance of equipment included in the gas processing plantCommunicate needs to support staff for maintenance and repair when necessaryCommunicate with Operation Control Centers to ensure smooth, reliable operation of the gas processing plant as part of the complete system of facilities within the Delaware BasinGenerate daily operation reports including product processed and shipped, NGL and gas volumes generated and shipped and any downtime and/or curtailments within the reporting periodMaintain a supply of consumables and spare parts and equipment necessary to prevent downtime and/or curtailments due to shortage of the supplies listedAdhering to and enforcing all applicable company, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in oil and gas production operationsWorking knowledge and experience in either a cryo or amin plant preferredAbility to work outside in variable environmental conditions around heavy equipmentAbility to work effectively in a team-focused environment and within the clients Core ValuesAble to follow written and verbal instructions and safety proceduresStrong interpersonal and communication skillsBasic computer skills requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent minimum required
