We're partnering with a growing FDA-regulated manufacturing facility to find a strong, hands-on Plant Leader to drive performance, efficiency, and team engagement. This facility specializes in producing high-quality products and needs a leader with a passion for developing people and delivering results.



What's In It For You: ... Competitive Compensation: $160K-$170K base salary + annual performance bonus

Impactful Role: Lead plant operations and directly shape culture, safety, and productivity

Supportive Leadership: Report directly to a Senior Director and collaborate across departments

Responsibilities:
Lead all plant operations including production, maintenance, engineering, quality, and safety

Build and develop a strong leadership team and foster a culture of accountability and engagement

Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, and internal safety and quality standards

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support sustainability goals

Manage plant budget and labor plans to meet productivity and cost targets

Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve operational performance

Champion employee engagement, recognition, and development initiatives

Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate leadership and other departments

Ensure the facility is audit-ready at all times

Support and lead change management efforts to improve processes and team dynamics

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing and cGMP compliance

Exposure to liquid fill, batching, or non-woven production processes

ERP system familiarity

Inventory/raw material management exposure

Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI training or certifications (not required but a bonus!)

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem solving and continuous improvement

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field

8+ years of leadership experience in operations, maintenance, or engineering

Budget management experience

Proven ability to coach and lead cross-functional teams in a manufacturing setting

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage change effectively
